Feller Contracting teamed up with Marissa Gleason of AgentRiz.com to launch a website this month! Check out www.fellercontractingmn.com. The website features projects we’ve completed – the before, detailed plans and the after!

The website showcases our services – residential remodeling, home additions and commercial space buildouts. You can schedule a consultation to connect with us and talk about you renovation or sign up for our Newsletter to get monthly inspiration.

Contractor's Corner

When we had our first daughter we were living in both Duluth and Coon Rapids. We had just finished up converting a sandwich shop to a duplex up in Duluth and we were looking for ways to make traveling with a baby easier.

We came up with the traveling tool box for our girls. It's decorated with sweet kids stickers and it's proved to be extremely convenient when we remember it. Yes we've packed the entire thing only to forget it in our travels. Doesn't that happen to every parent??

Now we have 2 little ladies - Abby and Hazel. Hazel gets a bin and Abby gets one too. We stock with clothes, diapers, monitors, bibs, and all the essentials. When we get to the cabin we separate the stack and each kiddo gets their stuff in their room. If you are looking for a convenient way to travel with multiple kiddos or just another way to organize - the rolling tool box does not disappoint.

As an actual tool box - this one is not the most study. Especially if you are putting it in the bed of your truck and you forget to put up your tailgate - that would never happen right?! For an actual toolbox - Milwaukee makes one on wheels that can survive a big impact. Trust Me .....

My Favorite Cleaning Products

I’ve been doing a lot of cleaning to get our AIRBNB renter ready. I am sharing my all-time favorite cleaning products.

Magic Erasers – You can use these on anything – walls, your shoes, it really is magic what these little white sponges can do.

Bar Keepers Friend – I like the liquid version. This stuff is great on cook tops. If you have a glass top – use a razor blade in addition for a sparkling surprise.

TSP – Trisodium Phosphate – HEAVY Duty degreaser removes grease, smoke, grime & Soot from walls, woodwork & Floors. Wear gloves, this stuff is dangerous and it works! It's our go to for cleaning and/or prepping existing wood paneling.

Steam Cleaner – If you like to be chemical free, this is the tool for you. I use a Dupray One steam cleaner, but there are plenty of options on the market. With various tips, you can clean serious caked on grime. It’s also great for floors, windows, bathrooms and kitchens. It works wonders on nasty grout! The best part – it’s just steam so no harsh chemical smells.

Hi There!

If you don't already know us, we are Dusty and Amy Feller. We are the Flipping Fellers. We are real-estate investors, flippers and a realtor/general contractor team! We love to share our own projects. We also work with homeowners like you.

Dusty is a General Contractor who basically grew up on a jobsite. He uses his construction and manufacturing experience to run organized and streamlined projects. Amy is a Realtor and Real Estate Investor. With a background in commercial construction project management, she also helps Dusty run Feller Contracting.

We have 2 little girls and a chocolate lab named Yogi that keep us busy outside of work. We love the outdoors, skiing, biking, hiking, camping and all things Minnesota has to offer. Thanks for following our crazy journey!
